Questo modello di stiratrice è stato concepito per quelle lavorazioni di stiratura che non richiedono il piano caldo per pressare e spianare la maglia al fine di ottenere capi soffici senza il minimo segno di lucido là dove la maglia presenta differenze di spessore.
Questo modello è in grado di assicurare le dimensioni e la forma della maglia in modo completomente automatico.
Sono di corredo alla macchina:
- Sagome automatiche per mettere in forma e a misura il corpo della maglia.
- Sagome automatiche per mettere in forma e a misura le maniche.
- Aspiratore temporizzato sul piano anteriore, per stabilizzare la maglia nelle dimensioni e nella forma determinata dalle sogome prima che questa si liberi dalle sagome.
- Aspirazíone in continuo sul 2° piano.
- Impilatore di grande capacità per raccogliere e accatastare ordinatamente le maglie stirate.
Lo macchina ore inoltre la possibilita di montare due coppie di sagome per la stiratura contemporanea di due maglie a mezza manica oppure per il PRESTIRO di due teli imbastiti.
Lo macchina è completamente scaldata a vapore e il 1° piano è vaporizzante.
This ironing machine has been specifically designed for steaming operations which do not require a hot plate for pressing and
spreading knitwear garments. It is therefore ideal to preserve maximum lot and softness without leaving shine marks coused by
slight difference in thickness. This model insures automatically the dimensions and shape of the garments.
This mochine is equipped with the tollowing parts:
- Automatic forms to shape and measure the body section.
- Automatic forms to shape and measure the sleeves.
- Suction and timer on the front part in order to stabilise the dimensions and shape of the garment, determined by the form, before the item is released.
- Continuous suction on the second plate.
- High capacity stacker to collect and tidily stock the ironed garments. It is also possible to mount a pair of forms for the pressing of 2 short sleave sweaters or for first pressing of a pair of body blanks sewn together.
The machine is steam heated and the first plate in the steaming zone.
